The editor of the ‘Mute’ hot key

In this window you can select the keys that the program will use to perform the specified action. You can assign two keys: primary and secondary. To select a hot key, you should place the text cursor in the corresponding field and press the required key combination on the keyboard. The program also supports the Win key (the key with a flag on it).

Attention! Some keyboard shortcuts with the Win key are reserved for using in the Windows Explorer and cannot be assigned to the plug-in actions. For example, such shortcuts are Win+E, Win+R, Win+D, Win+F, Win+L, Win+B, Win+M.

To make the selected hot key active, you should tick it off.

The OK button saves the performed changes and closes the editor. The Cancel button closes the editor without any changes.

Additional parameters

Turn down the volume to the specified rate

Here you can specify the rate at which the volume will be turned down when you switch on the ‘Mute’ mode. The volume will be turned down relative to the current volume level. For example, if the volume level is 80% when the hot key is pressed and the rate specified here is 30%, the volume will be turned down to 80%×30%=24%. Pressing the hot key again will turn up the volume back to 80%.
